Is Floating Video Player & Picture-in-Picture for All Sites safe?

Opens HTML5 videos in a floating Picture-in-Picture window across supported websites.

This extension lets you click its toolbar icon while a video is playing to open the video in a movable, resizable Picture-in-Picture window. The store description says it works with HTML5 videos on sites such as YouTube, Netflix, Vimeo, Disney+, Amazon Prime, and Dailymotion, and it describes the player as staying on top while you browse.
