Is Gmail Tabs by cloudHQ safe?

Gmail Tabs by cloudHQ collects all signed-in Google account email addresses and transmits them to cloudhq.net on each Gmail load.

On each Gmail page load, the extension iterates up to 20 Google account slots (mail/u/0 through mail/u/20) to collect email addresses for all signed-in accounts. The full list of discovered email addresses, along with the primary account address, is then POSTed to www.cloudhq.net/main_pre_user/check. This check is rate-limited to once per two weeks per account, but occurs automatically without any explicit user action beyond loading Gmail.
