Adds a rubric grading toolbar for assessing Google Drive assignments in the browser tab.

This extension works with the Doctopus add-on for Google Sheets to help teachers grade Google Drive resources using grid-style rubrics. It supports clickable rubric scoring, comments, audio comments, Back and Next navigation through assignments, and saving rubric scores locally while working. Submitted scores can be emailed to students, added to a Google Document, and transferred to the Google Sheet roster.
