Is Headers Toolbox safe?

Headers Toolbox lets its popup read window properties from any web page you open.

A content script runs on all http and https pages and, when the extension popup asks, reads a named window property from the page and returns it to the popup for display. No network transmission of the value was found in the code. The only external URL referenced is a help link to a GitHub Pages example file.
