Is HGTX Intelligence Starter safe?
HGTX Intelligence Starter adds WhatsApp Web tools and connects to Hiperchat servers with your WhatsApp ID on every load.
On WhatsApp Web, the extension opens a Socket.IO connection to hc-wss.hiperchat.com.br that sends your own WhatsApp ID and a device and tab ID. If you click the injected Transcribe button on a voice message, the audio is downloaded and sent to hc-stt.hiperchat.com.br for transcription. When API events are enabled, the vendor server can send commands that the extension runs in your WhatsApp session, such as sending messages or editing labels and tabs.

Where it sends data
Destinations our analysis observed HGTX Intelligence Starter contacting. Sending data somewhere is not a finding on its own - an extension that syncs your settings has to talk to its own server - but it is where your data can go, and who else it goes to.
