Is Highlight Headings safe?

Highlights headings on webpages to make sections easier to identify while browsing.

This extension detects page headings and applies visible highlighting so key sections stand out. After opening the popup and reloading a page, it highlights headings on newly opened pages, and the popup can be used again to disable it.
