Is Hinkal Wallet safe?

Hinkal Wallet lets any website switch the wallet's active blockchain network without a session check.

It injects a page bridge on all URLs and forwards provider requests from the page into the extension runtime. For chain-switch requests, the handler accepts any supported chain ID and updates the selected network without checking whether the site is connected or asking for confirmation.
