Limit - Set Limits for Distracting Sites records time spent on configured blocked domains in local browser storage.

It checks the active tab URL once per minute and when its content script asks whether a page is allowed, but only records domains the user has configured as blocked. The per-day totals are stored locally under stat_YYYY-MM-DD keys as hostname-to-seconds entries.
