Is LTI Debugger safe?

LTI Debugger displays LTI launch data and network request details inside its DevTools panel.

When you open the extension's DevTools panel, it reads the inspected tab's network log and shows LTI launch parameters, JWT payloads, and request and response headers. The stored claim describes this as local display in the panel and does not identify any network endpoint that receives the data.
