Is Noted - Minimalist Notebook safe?

Adds a lightweight browser notebook for notes, task lists, snippets, and ideas.

This extension opens a clean writing space from the browser toolbar, with an optional Chrome side panel view. It supports rich text formatting, task completion controls, starring, search, sorting, filtering, custom themes and fonts, import/export, and offline use. The description says notes are stored in Chrome extension storage and are not uploaded to an external server by Noted.
