Is Oh Mago CRM para Whatsapp safe?
Oh Mago CRM adds WhatsApp Web CRM tools and sends voice messages to hc-stt.hiperchat.com.br when you click transcribe.
The extension runs on web.whatsapp.com and adds CRM features. When you click 'transcribe audio' on a voice message, it downloads the audio and posts it as base64 to a speech-to-text server. Bundled link-preview code sends URLs from messages you send to third-party preview servers, and Typebot bot flows send image or audio URLs to a media conversion service.

Where it sends data
Destinations our analysis observed Oh Mago CRM para Whatsapp contacting. Sending data somewhere is not a finding on its own - an extension that syncs your settings has to talk to its own server - but it is where your data can go, and who else it goes to.
