PatientScore sends a patient's phone number, name, appointments and score to its own server when you click a button.
On WebPT patient chart pages, the extension reads the patient's phone number, name, clinic address and appointment lists from the page. When the user clicks 'Text Upcoming Appointments', it sends that data with a stored API key to patientscore.herokuapp.com to send a text message. It also checks paid status with the same server on page load.
