Is Instant Multilingual PDF/HTML/TXT Translator safe?
Translate selected text in PDFs, HTML, and TXT documents using keyboard, context-menu, icon, or popup controls.
This extension shows translations directly under selected text when available, or in a popup for PDFs and other cases where inline tooltips cannot be displayed. Users can configure shortcuts, the selection icon, languages, popup behavior, and a web search link in the options. Local PDF, TXT, and HTML files require enabling file URL access in Chrome, and protected or scanned documents are not supported.

Where it sends data
Destinations our analysis observed PHT Translator contacting. Sending data somewhere is not a finding on its own - an extension that syncs your settings has to talk to its own server - but it is where your data can go, and who else it goes to.
