Is Popup Blocker safe?

This extension automatically closes unwanted popup tabs and windows from sites you choose to monitor.

When a site opens random tabs or windows, you can add that site to the extension’s monitored list. After that, tabs opened from the site are allowed only when they use the same protocol and hostname; other newly opened tabs are automatically closed. You can remove a monitored site or use the provided right-click option to intentionally open a different site in a new tab.
