On ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini pages, the extension intercepts clipboard writes and keeps mappings between placeholders and original values. If a page triggers the restore flow and the user clicks the toast, the content script posts the de-anonymized text back to the page, where scripts on that AI site can read it.
