Is Provlock lite safe?

Provlock lite lets any web page send it commands that close the browser's other tabs and uninstall the extension.

This is an exam-proctoring helper that accepts messages from any http or https page, without checking the sender's origin. A page can ask it to close every open tab except the exam site and allowlisted domains, or to clear its storage, reload tabs and uninstall itself after three seconds. It can also open a screen-share picker (the user must approve it) and report whether other extensions are enabled.
