Proxy Manager stores proxy credentials you enter and supplies them to matching proxy authentication challenges.

When you save a proxy with a username and password, the extension keeps those credentials in browser local storage. Its service worker uses them when Chrome reports a proxy authentication challenge that matches the active proxy's host and port.
