Is QuickDrag for Chrome safe?

QuickDrag for Chrome accepts cross-frame messages that can open tabs or start downloads.

QuickDrag for Chrome runs on all pages and listens for frame messages that update its drag action state without checking the sender origin. A page or frame can set a drag action so that the next drop asks the background script to open a supplied URL or start an image download.
