Is Reel Downloader for Instagram - FastReel safe?

Reel Downloader for Instagram sends a persistent user ID to a third-party server on startup and captures Instagram session headers.

On each browser startup, the extension transmits a persistent identifier and its version to a third-party domain (send.databrowserinfo.com). It also intercepts outgoing Instagram request headers—including authentication tokens and app identifiers—and reads the Instagram session cookie to make authenticated calls to Instagram's private APIs. The server at send.databrowserinfo.com can additionally push remote configuration that overrides the Instagram API endpoints the extension uses.
