Is RWGPS地理院標高 safe?
The extension adds a Ride with GPS control that fetches GSI elevation tiles for each route coordinate.
When the user clicks its injected button on Ride with GPS route edit pages, the extension reads each route trackpoint's latitude and longitude, converts them into map tile coordinates, and requests elevation PNG tiles from Japan's GSI server. Those tile request URLs contain derived location tiles for the route points rather than raw browsing history or account data.

Where it sends data
Destinations our analysis observed RWGPS地理院標高 contacting. Sending data somewhere is not a finding on its own - an extension that syncs your settings has to talk to its own server - but it is where your data can go, and who else it goes to.
