Is Sales Whats Brasil safe?
Sales Whats Brasil sends WhatsApp voice messages to Hiperchat servers when you use its transcription button.
When you click Transcribe audio, the extension downloads the WhatsApp voice message and posts it to a Hiperchat speech-to-text service. An optional API/transfer feature opens a socket.io channel to Hiperchat that exposes your WhatsApp account id and lets the vendor server trigger label, bot and message actions.

Where it sends data
Destinations our analysis observed Sales Whats Brasil contacting. Sending data somewhere is not a finding on its own - an extension that syncs your settings has to talk to its own server - but it is where your data can go, and who else it goes to.
