Is Screen Capture & Editor - Go Full Page safe?

Capture full-page, visible-screen, or selected-area screenshots and edit them before saving.

This extension captures web pages with automatic scrolling for full-page screenshots, or lets you grab the visible window or a custom selected area. After capture, it opens a built-in editor with crop, draw, text, highlight, censor, undo/redo, and export options for PNG or PDF. The store description says image processing happens locally on your device.
