Smodin runs a content script in all frames on all sites and listens for ONEDRIVE_REPLACE_TEXT messages in embedded frames. The handler does not check the sender origin before using the supplied text in paste, execCommand, or direct HTML replacement flows, so a parent page can modify editable content in a framed editor.
