Is Suspend Tabs at Startup safe?
This extension keeps restored tabs suspended at startup until you open them.
It invokes the browser’s Memory Saver feature so restored tabs do not load immediately, helping reduce resource use for tabs you are not using. Pinned tabs are unaffected, though Chrome may still decide not to load them, and the first tab in a window may also be unaffected. A popup button can restore suspended tabs before you go offline.
