Is Tabs to Front v2 safe?

New tabs switch to the front immediately when they open.

This extension changes Chrome’s tab behavior so newly opened tabs become active right away instead of opening in the background. It is described as a basic, no-frills update of the original “Tabs to the Front!” extension.
