Is Theater Mode for YouTube™ (YouTube Wide Screen) safe?
Automatically opens YouTube videos in theater mode by default.
This extension makes YouTube use its built-in theater mode when the player loads, including when you are not logged in. You can switch back to the default player view with YouTube’s player button or the KeyT shortcut, but future visits open in theater mode again. It works on www.youtube.com and uses storage plus YouTube page access to set the relevant cookie and trigger the theater-mode button when needed.
