Total Adblock is medium risk. The first time you install Total Adblock, the extension's background service worker creates an account for you without asking. With no clicks and no sign-up form, it generates a throwaway email of the form {random}_{timestamp}@protected-signup.com and a random 20-character password, then sends them to the operator's server at totaladblock.protected.net/v1/user. During dynamic analysis a real account was created this way within seconds of install, with the generated email, your browser name, and your interface language included in the request, and the returned authentication token saved to local storage so the install is tracked from then on.
