Is UAR_SKSQUARE_V2P safe?

UAR_SKSQUARE_V2P forwards the current page's URL to a local native app whenever the page's DOM contains a specific trigger string.

On every completed page load, the extension asks its content script (active on every site) for the text of any element with class 'msg'. If that text contains a specific Korean-language phrase, the extension connects to a local native messaging host named com.sksquare.uar and sends it the full URL of the page you're on. Because the check looks only at page text rather than the page's origin, any site the extension runs on could in principle produce that text and trigger the same behavior.
