Is Ultra Zap safe?
Ultra Zap adds WhatsApp Web tools and sends voice-note audio to hiperchat.com.br for transcription when clicked.
On web.whatsapp.com the extension injects a Transcribe button that uploads the voice note's audio to the vendor's speech-to-text server when the user clicks it. An optional API-events mode, when enabled, opens a socket to the vendor's server that can send WhatsApp messages and read or change labels, tabs, contacts and bots. A bundled library also requests link previews from third-party servers and sends Google Analytics events.

Where it sends data
Destinations our analysis observed Ultra Zap contacting. Sending data somewhere is not a finding on its own - an extension that syncs your settings has to talk to its own server - but it is where your data can go, and who else it goes to.
