Is Undo Closed Tabs 2.0 safe?

This extension reopens recently closed tabs from a toolbar popup.

It shows up to 25 recently closed tabs so you can choose one to reopen. The popup also provides an option to reopen all closed tabs at once and view the recent closed-tab history.
