Our dynamic analysis captured 12 POST requests to ytadskip.com/dynamic/rules/get, 4 of which included a non-empty referrer URL in the 'dr' field — for example, dr='https://accounts.google.com/' when navigating to Google's account page. The extension's content script passes document.referrer to the service worker on every page load and SPA navigation. When you open a link in a new tab, the service worker records the opener tab's last-known URL and attaches it as the referrer for that new tab's first request. This behavior was absent in version 3.4, which only tracked same-tab URL transitions.
