Is Volume Booster for YouTube™ safe?
Adds a 2x volume boost toggle to the YouTube player.
This extension places a “2x” button next to YouTube’s player settings button and is disabled by default. Clicking the button applies an audio gain node to boost playback volume to 200%, and clicking it again turns the boost off. It also supports volume boosting through keyboard shortcuts, according to the description.
