Is XML Viewer Plus safe?

This extension displays XML in the browser with search and selector tools.

It provides a browser-based XML viewer with support for CSS selectors, XPath selectors, text search, and regular expression search. It also adds a context menu option to pass selected XML code from a web page, and it is designed to handle large XML files. The extension requests access to all URLs, web request controls, and context menus so it can work on supported sites.
