Is Yet Another Smooth Scrolling WE safe?

This extension lets you customize smooth scrolling behavior across websites.

It adjusts scrolling behavior for keyboard cursor keys and mouse wheel use, including step size and distance for quick or long wheel flicks. It requests access to all websites so it can override scrolling behavior and use page geometry to determine which parts of a page are scrollable. Its storage permission supports saving extension settings.
