Is 7TV Nightly safe?

7TV Nightly fetches a remote config to enumerate installed extensions and can disable flagged ones via the management API.

When a user clicks 'Check Compatibility', the extension requests the optional management permission and retrieves a compatibility list from 7tv.io. It then compares all installed extension IDs against that remote list. Any extension flagged by the remote config can be disabled in the browser through the extension's UI.
