Is Adblocker safe?

This extension can inspect and block network requests across all websites.

With access to webRequest and webRequestBlocking on all URLs, the extension can view web requests made by pages you visit and block or modify those requests. No store description is provided, so no additional features or data-sharing destinations are evident.
