Is AdBlocker Lite safe?

Blocks ads and selected page elements on popular websites with Lite and Full modes.

This extension blocks or hides ads, scripts, images, iframes, and other page elements using built-in filtering rules and optional custom CSS-selector rules. It lets you switch between Lite and Full modes, turn blocking on or off, highlight ads instead of blocking them, and allow ads on selected websites.
