Is AdGuard VPN — Privacy & Security safe?

AdGuard VPN can disable other installed proxy or VPN extensions when the user triggers conflict resolution.

When a proxy conflict is detected, the extension enumerates all installed browser extensions via the management API and disables any that hold the 'proxy' permission. This action is user-initiated through the 'Disable another VPN extension' button in the popup. No user browsing data or personal information is sent to external servers as part of this behavior.
