Is Agência Design Token safe?

Agência Design Token replaces a site's cookies with session cookies pasted into its popup, then reloads the tab.

When the user pastes an encoded block of cookie data and clicks 'Ativar!', the extension removes all existing cookies for the active tab's site and sets the supplied cookies, including secure and HttpOnly ones. It then navigates the tab to that site, which signs the browser in with someone else's session. The code makes no network requests and sends no data out.
