Every 30 minutes, the extension downloads a proxy auto-config (PAC) script from yiban.io and sets it as Chrome's system proxy. Whether the proxy activates is gated on a remote configuration endpoint at huiyiai.net, which can enable routing via an upgrade flag. When active, the PAC script controls where all browser network requests are directed.
