Is AudioBriefs safe?
AudioBriefs reads WhatsApp Web message data and passes it to a vendor-hosted page for voice-message summaries.
On web.whatsapp.com the extension reads message details (sender, text, media metadata) from WhatsApp's internal data and hands them to an iframe loaded from the vendor's Firebase site, which does the summarising. That remote page can also request any message by id and type text into the message box, and its code can change on the server without an extension update.

Where it sends data
Destinations our analysis observed AudioBriefs contacting. Sending data somewhere is not a finding on its own - an extension that syncs your settings has to talk to its own server - but it is where your data can go, and who else it goes to.
