Is Break Timer safe?

This extension reminds you to take breaks with customizable timers, alerts, and Pomodoro-style work sessions.

You can set work and break intervals, choose reminder sounds, use visual pop-up alerts, and snooze reminders when needed. It also includes options such as lunch reminders and settings that the description says can sync across multiple devices.
