Is Censor Tracker safe?

Censor Tracker fetches its proxy server configuration from a remote GitHub URL and routes all browser traffic through that server.

On startup and every 15 minutes, the extension retrieves a configuration file from raw.githubusercontent.com to determine which proxy server to use. It then builds a PAC (Proxy Auto-Config) file from that server's address and applies it to all browser traffic via the proxy API. The extension also disables any other installed extensions that hold the proxy permission when a user activates its proxy control.
