Is CFCA CryptoKit.HUAIHE-ENERGY Extension safe?

CFCA CryptoKit lets listed signing web pages pass messages through to a native certificate host on the computer.

The extension accepts messages from a small set of CFCA/HHNYKG signing pages and forwards the host name and payload they supply to a native messaging host. It relays the native host's replies back to the page. Chrome only allows hosts that list this extension in their manifest, so scope is limited to the vendor's own signing software.
