Is CFCA CryptoKit.UnionPayIntl Extension safe?

CFCA CryptoKit.UnionPayIntl Extension bridges UnionPay banking pages to native signing/certificate applications on the user's computer.

This extension only activates on unionpayintl.com and unionpayintl.cn pages, where it lets the site open a native-messaging channel to CFCA's locally installed security software (its bundled CryptoKit, CertEnrollment, and SecEditCtl native hosts) to perform certificate and signing operations. For most of those native hosts the extension forwards whatever host name and payload the banking page supplies without checking it against a fixed allowlist, though the connection still only succeeds if the native application itself is configured to trust this extension. No behavior outside that scoped native-messaging bridge was found.
