Is CFCA CryptoKit.Paperless.XiaMenYLSW Extension safe?

CFCA CryptoKit lets Xiamen government web pages relay requests to a native CFCA host on your computer.

This extension acts as a bridge between certain Xiamen government and related websites (xm.gov.cn, xmjydj.com, xmtfj.gov.cn and one IP address) and a local CFCA digital-certificate program. Those pages can name the native host and pass it messages, and the extension returns the host's replies. Some allowed origins use plain http, so the bridge is only as trustworthy as those pages.
