Is Clock Face: Digital clock for new tab page safe?

Replaces the new tab page with a customizable digital clock.

This extension turns the default new tab page into a simple digital clock display with selectable visual schemes. It includes options for 12/24-hour time, clock size, seconds, date, weekday, and a shortcuts bar for Chrome Apps, Bookmarks, Downloads, and History.
