Clean risk

This extension lets you close, pin, unpin, group, or ungroup multiple tabs from menus or shortcuts.

You can create and edit tab-management actions for the toolbar icon menu and the page right-click menu. The toolbar icon can run a main action immediately, and actions can also be assigned to keyboard shortcuts. If you use URL-based filters, the description says the extension requests browsing history permission to distinguish tabs by URL.
