Q: Is Colour Contrast Checker safe?

Colour Contrast Checker is rated clean - our review surfaced no unexpected behaviour.

Clean risk

This extension compares foreground and background colour contrast against WCAG level 2 guidance.

It lets you enter hex codes or colour names, use a colour picker on a webpage, reverse foreground and background colours, and generate a share link for compared colours. It can store up to 20 compared colour combinations in local storage so you can refer back to them later.
