Is Cookies Helper safe?

Cookies Helper exports all of your browser's cookies to a file, or to a paired desktop app, on request.

The extension reads every cookie across all domains with chrome.cookies.getAll and converts them into a Netscape-format cookie file. It does this when you click the export button in its popup, and also whenever its paired native-messaging companion app, Cisdem Browser Helper (com.cisdem.browserhelper), asks for the same export over a persistent native-messaging connection.
